What to say about Alvarado Parkside Apartments: Wow!

√ Location:
It is located in North Davis, which is honestly one of the most beautiful sides of Davis. It's across the street from one of my favorite places: the Green Belt!

√√ Atmosphere/parking:
Not only are there two parking lots, but there is a TON of street parking. The entire property is gorgeous. So lush and calming. There is even a community garden where you can request to have your own plot! I saw tomatoes, plants, flowers, etc.

√√√ Inside:
By far one of the nicest apartments for storage. There is so much space ! There is practically a storage closet in every room and an adorable built-in bookcase in the main area. The virtual tours honestly do this place justice.

This is my first review I have ever left for an apartment complex because of how impressed, satisfied and overall excited I am to be part of this community. Highly recommend.
